    • To conduct preparation of laboratory reagents and volumetric solutions required for chemical analysis.

    Requirement:
    • Manage the recruiting process to meet hiring goals through the use of effective resource management.
    • Sourcing candidates through portals, referrals, social networking sites, ads, head hunting etc.
    • Interviewing and screening candidates - Mapping candidates to client requirements
    • Development and implementation of our recruiting strategies and processes.
    • Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.
    • Attend local professional meetings and membership development meetings.
    • Team management responsibilities.
    • Work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.
    • Assist in preparing and sending offer packages.
    • Assist in preparing and sending new employee orientation packages.
    • Documentation checking.
