Responsibilities : 

1. Conduct classes for one or more courses in the curriculum level using lectures, demonstrations, class discussions.
2. Use appropriate modes of educational delivery to promote student learning.
3. Participate in assessment activities associated with taught courses by collecting data on student learning outcomes when appropriate.
4. Mentor and foster student development by monitoring performance, attendance.
5. Participate in co-curricular activities such as department colloquia and honors seminars as appropriate. 
6. Create and help plan and incorporate laboratories capacities and equipment/ facilities building.
7. Serve as academic advisor to students. 
8. Participate in Apex body duties like paper valuation/ paper setting/ invigilation duties/ paper scrutiny etc
9. Perform other professional duties and responsibilities as directed.
