Job Scope:As a Lead Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for full recruitment cycle and fulfilment of theassigned requisitions. You will also play a key role in building our future workforce by providing
leadership in mentoring and training the junior team members in recruiting best practices.
This is a performing role, with potential career path to recruiting management.
Key Responsibility Area:
* Recruit, interview, evaluate, and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract, contract to hire, or permanent basis across a wide array of technology verticals
* Utilize a variety of creative sourcing techniques including web search and social networking opportunities
* Create strong working relationships with management, peers, and prospective candidates
* Anticipate business priorities and how business needs will impact staffing plans long-term
* Coach junior team members on crucial technical recruitment principles
* Diversified growth opportunities to work with senior management as this are a high visibility area.
Position Requirements:
* Should be interested in getting into a leadership role and deliver on goals/targets assigned to individuals and as a team.
* Should be very good in communication (written and verbal both) as working horizontally would need a lot of communication.

* Strong technical background is NOT a must however willingness and desire to learn existing (Java) and newer technologies like Big Data, Cloud etc is required
