AWS Cloud Engineer (1-3 years’ experience)

1.1.1      Job Responsibilities

·       Monitoring of AWS Infrastructure

·       Review Alerts and Notifications

·       Create tickets in support desk

·       Providing customer support for Level 1 tickets

·       Review customer infrastructure

·       Performing routine maintenance and operational tasks

·       Taking pro-active and reactive measure to correct and prevent issues

1.1.2      Technical Skills

·       Good experience in deploying and supporting AWS services e.g. EC2, ELB, S3, Route 53, VPC, Autoscaling, RDS, SES, SNS, CloudFormation, AMI Management, Snapshots, AWS CloudWatch, IAM, Security Groups, CloudTrail etc.

·       Hands on good experience in deploying and troubleshooting either Windows or Linux Operating systems
