Job Description

Position: Senior Research Associate / Associate Scientist
Experience:  2- 6 years
Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform synthetic chemistry reactions.
• Purification of compounds by manual/automated column chromatography or re-crystallization techniques
• Submit the samples generated during the course of synthesis for analysis and record results.
• Record observations of experiments, results, utilization of resources and other activities related to the reaction in the laboratory or e- notebook in a timely manner.
• Ensure that instrument/ equipment are calibrated, undergone preventive maintenance and kept clean before use.
• Ensure that they know the MSDS of the chemicals they are handling and aware of emergency response procedures in case of accidental spillage, leakage or fire and ensure proper waste segregation as per EHS norms.

1.Agency Channel: To build a high performing distribution network of financial consultants and enable them to sell life insurance policies. The incumbent will be evaluated mainly on the ability to build a strong distribution and sustainable network to meet business targets and quality of business. 

2. Bancassurance Channel: Meet the business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving channel partners.

3. Direct channel: Meet the business targets by driving and motivating the channel partner’s sales team. Continuous interaction with the sales team of channel partners Arranging sufficient training towards licensing of sales team of channel partners. Be a coach and guide to the sales team members of the channel partner.
