Job Description

• Strong leadership skills to ensure SLA requirements are met at all times, ability to independently identify deltas and to close them.
• Solid understanding of systems used within Finance Solutions, SAP financial & transactional knowledge is essential.
• Bachelor of Commerce from a reputed university
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills (good command of English is a must).
• Good organisational and administrative ability including effective time management.
• Commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Excellent numeric & analytical skills.
• Should be pro-active, self reliant, confident and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Able to use their own initiative and work independently.
• Must be proficient in using Excel , creating pivot tables and Word
• Must be able to work effectively with a Team, ensure proper utilisation of the team resources
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity, strong customer focus
• Understanding of financial reporting processes and business intelligence within a global operating financial service company, Rough understanding of the controlling standards used by AGCS and/or the Allianz Group; rough understanding of data modelling and data analysis, relevant insurance experience would be a plus
• Strong pro-active approach to organisational and administrative tasks including effective time management, Attention to detail
• 4-5 Years of exposure to financial/accounting domain ideally in a global, multinational organisation with prior experience in handling a team.
• Adaptable to flexible working hours
• Strong Investigative and resolution skills

Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A
