• Graduate from a reputed university (preferably BTech / BE /Commerce).
• 2-3 years of experience (preferably in a role that required you to work with SAP, LMS, MS Excel)
• Exposure to SAP.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Creating job requisitions in SAP e-Recruit based on in-coming requests.
• Knowledge of German would be considered advantage.
• Adaptable and willingness to flexible working hours.
• Mandatory: Excellent working knowledge in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word & Power point and Excellent Language (Oral & Written English) skills.
• Experience in presenting and dealing with senior management and clients.
• Experience in Team Management.
• Generating reports in MS Excel by exporting data from eLearning applications and other relevant applications & distributing them to pre-defined distribution lists.
• Aiding in the creation of training courses within Leaning Management System (LMS).
• Generating ad-hoc reports in MS Excel based on incoming requests from the customer.
