Function: Design and Creative → UX / Visual Design

Responsibilities:

• Write text that facilitates user navigation, as well on-boarding, promos, error messages and other components of the end-to-end user experience.
• Collaborate with design, product marketing, product managers, and engineers.
• Influence and adapt to stakeholders and their feedback.
• Create a database of utterances and phrases aligned with a distinct personality which will be the template for written Product communication.
• Work on exciting new avenues in conversation design and help push the boundaries of UX beyond just the visual

Requirements:

• 3+ years of UX/marketing writing experience
• Portfolio of UX writing samples.Clear, concise writing style
• Familiarity with Design principles such as user flows, information architecture etc.
• Excellent command over English language

Skills & Competencies:

• Good listening, understanding and convincing skill.
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Leaning towards strong articulation and proactive action.

Education and Technical Proficiency:

• Background in creative writing/ marketing communication preferred
