Qualification & Experience:

 

·         Should be a Graduate

·         Should be fluent in English and Hindi

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

Ø  Planning  human resources requirements for sales team and corporate office

Ø  Developing/ implementing new recruitment/selection policies as per requirements.

Ø  Facilitate the induction program for the new recruits.

Ø  Maintenance of personal files and records

Ø  Monthly payroll process

Ø  Statutory compliances – PF, ESI, PT, LWF, etc.

Ø  All labour Acts

Ø  Attendance management

Ø  Performance appraisal

Ø  Employee relations & welfare

Ø  Exit interview

Ø  Monthly reports

Ø  Policies & procedures implementation

 

Admin:

 

Facility Management

Ø  Monitoring amc for ac, inverters, epabx telephone and computers & xerox machine

Ø  Rental agreements for head office, depot & factory

Ø  Managing  housekeeping staffs & drivers

 

Travel Management

 

Ø  Bookings of air ticket & train ticket ,cab arrangements ,

Ø  Passport & visa processing
