Job Location - Trivandrum, Kerala

Aspirants role would consist of conducting New hire training batches, soft skills and communication modules for the entry level profiles in the organization

Coordinate and ensure availability of training logistics for the sessions

Maintain detailed feedback/attendance on the participants

Conduct regular feedback sessions to help the participants come up the learning curve

Ensure calibration and conduct interviews for the potential hires at the entry level

Compile daily reports, pre-training and post training reports

Conduct floor walk, call barging to identify the training needs

Conduct assessments for the participants

Measure training effectiveness: Tracking VOC (Voice of Customer)

Content development skill set: Training content and manuals when needed

Implementing language and culture modules training to new hires and on a recursive basis to agents on floor

Creating and implementing training modules as needed by the client and rolling out the same to the agents undergoing training and agents on floor as well

Calibrating with existing coaches/ Operations

Monitor calls on Communication, Soft Skills, Process & Compliance Parameters.

Skill Requirements:
A strong hold of the language (English) and good knowledge of grammar, pronunciation, spellings and vocabulary

Ability to speak clearly and fluently

Effective training skills - the ability to teach and train other individuals

A good understanding and knowledge of the right accents

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Qualification and Experience:
Graduate of any discipline 

Experience: 2 5 years as a Voice Coach/ Voice & Accent Trainer (Experience in US/ UK / Australian process. Experience in one of these areas of business is MUST.)
