RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Responsible for full life cycle of recruitment and selection process.
Screen, short list candidates sourced through portals (Naukri, Monster etc) and validate them on their experience and interest on the role 
Handle direct, social media channels
Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits
Arrange interviews and co-ordinate with the management
Understand their competencies & skill sets, make them understand the job profile

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: 
Excellent communication & writing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

QUALIFICATIONS:
MPM / MBA with Specialization in Human Resource Management
Pursuing MBA / MPM (Last Semester)
