| To help implement HR strategies, objectives and processes which are fully aligned to the overall business strategy in conjunction with the relevant function Line function Heads and Senior HR Business Partner. • To implement organizational change, people development, career development and compensation processes to support the attraction and retention of key staff with the help of specialists. • To support Senior HR Business Partner in establishing performance management, reward and recognition strategies which facilitate, support and maintain a high performance culture. • In conjunction with line management and the HR Head contribute to the development of a value based organizational culture which will inspire employee commitment and promote a winning spirit. • Pro-actively supports recruiting efforts and involved in interviewing process to hire right fit. • To work actively with Corporate, Global and Country based HR colleagues to promote and develop the Novartis HR function. • To assess regularly customer needs and satisfaction and adjust services accordingly • Interact with senior internal and/or external personnel on significant human resource matters. • To support HR analytics & Project Management activities in the HR organisation which includes HR Success Metrics/Scorecard management, Attrition Analytics, Staffing Analytics etc. Manage daily operation and complete the task as per require TAT. | |
