Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
To drive core HR programs such as PMP, compensation planning
Understand business goals, long term strategic plans and day- to-day Operational issues
To be custodians of policy & to drive Employee Relations
Handle employee counseling & grievances
Working actively on Capability building model, Retention plans and other employee centric initiatives
To identify the needs of the employees & work towards making the environment conducive to work & MphasiS Values are communicated
Should have advanced analytical and MS-Excel skills
The candidate should be willing to work in 2 pm to 11 pm shift
