Qualification: MCom/ MBA-Finance with good Skills in MS Office.
Job Description:

• Good working knowledge in Tally-ERP 9
• Should be smart, pleasant and proactive with excellent communication skills.

Experience required:

• 5-10yrs experience in similar role. Preferably in IT industry.
• Should have experience in dealing with foreign clients/ transactions.

Job responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Export and Domestic taxation rules for IT companies
• Knowledge of ESI and PF and Welfare fund remittance of employees.
• Processing invoices and preparation of statements.
• Preparation of monthly creditors, debtors, cash flow and bank statements in multiple currencies.
• Supporting verification and release of payment on allowances and deputation to employees.
• Filling of TDS status in the system.
• Filing corporate Sale Tax Return.
• E-Filing of Service Tax Return, Challan.
• Interaction with company secretary and auditor for day to day corporate affairs.
• Interaction with Taxation and other government agencies related to company affairs.
• Interaction with Banks and Vendors
• Follow up with Debtors
• Preparation of MIS reports in multiple currencies.
