Service Desk/Helpdesk/Tech Support (2-3 years of experience)
Attend incoming calls from the users (International call taking experience is mandatory), recording incident classification and prioritizing the incidents providing initial support, routing requests to the appropriate Resolver groups when incidents are not resolved during initial support, monitoring the status and documenting the progress towards resolution of all open incidents, good communication skills
Lotus Notes, Black Berry, Domino Server and Sametime (4-6 years of experience)
SiteMinder (4-6 years of experience)
Unix with Veritas Cluster and Volume Manager
Windows with Citrix
VM Ware
Oracle DBA RAC
IIS Requirements
Experience in the administration on IIS 5.x/6.x/7.x (installation, configuration, monitoring, upgrade) with strong troubleshooting skills, maintaining of IIS Backup and Recovery, Health monitoring of IIS Servers, installation and Managing of SSL
