• Incumbent will be explaining the Banking Schemes and Services, resolving queries of the existing customers of the Bank

• Day Shift: 9.30am – 6.30pm / 10am – 7pm shift

Desired Profile :
• Required Hsc with calling experience / Grads in any discipline Possessing fair English + Hindi communication skills
• Minimum 3 - 6 months of BPO calling experience (Inbound / Outbound)
• Freshers are also being considered
• Candidates must be confident and smart
• Candidates having basic knowledge / information on stock broking industry, shares, DEMAT accounts, share trading, etc. can have an added advantage
