Candidate should have hands-on experience and ability to manage the entire US recruitment life cycle independently.
• Source, screen and evaluate the candidates through diverse channels.
Should be well versed with current technologies/skill sets
• Directly interact with clients/management on job requirements and open positions.
• Monitoring calls
• Schedule interviews, co-ordinate and manage the recruitment process
• Maintain records on candidates, submissions, interviews, placements and other candidates remarks on an internal database.
Post ads on various job portals for open positions
• Worked on both permanent and contractual staffing open positions.

Job location: Bangalore
