Profile Description:
1. To conduct Thinking Skills development classes for Grades KG to VIII in schools during schools hours.
2. To coordinate with school authorities for implementation, smooth delivery and implementation cycle of "My Thinking Program" in the schools present in an assigned area.
3. To handle various office tasks assigned by coming to office after conducting classes in schools. Tasks could be in the field of Content development, Back office management, BD related etc depending upon the suitability of the candidate and company requirements.

The program was conceived 3 years back with the aim of equipping our future generations with the wisdom of structured Thinking abilities and Thinking processes and has already touched and visibly changed the lives, or to be more precise, the ‘Thinking’ of over 15,000 children and 20,000 adults.
‘My Thinking Program’ is based upon the fundamentals of 'Learn to Play, Play to Think'. The program is currently being used by 27 schools across Delhi, Bangalore, Jaipur & Chandigarh. The program uses various physical ‘Thinking Tools’ to impart Thinking Skills & Thinking Processes, relevant for academic as well as real life performance. The approach to develop thinking directly i.e. without using any academic subject makes the program unique and thus ensures development of 'Thinking Abilities' irrespective of the academic performance of children. The program works on developing various cognitive processes at the subconscious level of the child’s mind. It further links the cognitive processes to emotional and social processes to bring fundamental changes in the approach, attitude and behaviour of children. The structured and scientific approach followed by the program has helped the students in improving academic as well as overall Cognitive, Emotional & Social performance.
